We ship to addresses within Australia only.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum, no fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Delivery Timeframes

Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM AEST, Mon–Fri
Handling Time: 2-3 business day
Transit Time: 6–8 business days
Estimated Delivery: 8–11 business days from order date

Deliveries to remote & regional postcodes may take slightly longer than the estimate above. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers

We ship via Australia Post and Aramex.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time from our Track My Order page.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days from the estimated delivery date, please email info@vondelhome.com or call +61 2 9098 4818 and we'll resolve it immediately — we'll open a case with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund at your choice.
