We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a foreign-exchange rate and fees.
Payment Timing
Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. For Afterpay and Klarna, payment is split into 4 equal, interest-free instalments — the first at checkout and the remaining three every two weeks.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving a returned item (see our Refund & Return Policy). If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us at info@vondelhome.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we're almost always able to resolve issues faster directly.
Fraud Prevention
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with SSL encryption. Suspicious or high-risk orders may be held for verification and, if fraud is confirmed, cancelled and refunded.

The merchant of record for all transactions is AYB Holding B.V., KVK 84156902, registered at Gerrit van der Veenstraat 35-2, 1077 DN Amsterdam, Netherlands. Charges on your bank statement will appear as VONDEL HOME or AYB HOLDING.
